It was started to build and sell modular buildings for different industries, including amusement parks, zoos, shopping centers, lifestyle centers as well as restaurants and luxury/modern homes.

Creative Environments Construction is a Dallas-based design-build manufacturing company specializing in high-performance food service, retail, medical, and commercial environments for experiential destinations, quick-service restaurant (QSR) operators, office campuses, and institutional clients.

Founded by industry veteran Ben Goldfarb, the company delivers custom-engineered, factory-built structures for major entertainment venues, hospitality operators, malls and lifestyle centers and commercial clients across North America. The company delivers custom-engineered, factory-built structures that enable clients to open locations faster, reduce construction risk, and achieve greater cost predictability compared to traditional on-site construction methods.
